Dear Valued Merchant, We are pleased to share recent updates and enhancements to our platform to benefit your business: (النسخة العربية متوفرة في أسفل المنشور) Merchant Dashboard Enhancements: External Payment Feature: PayTabs now empowers merchants with the ability to enable external payment for invoices directly within the PayTabs dashboard. This innovative feature lets you mark invoices as paid for transactions conducted outside of the PayTabs system, such as cash, cheques, point-of-sale, or bank transfers. Stay organized and keep your records accurate, even for payments processed through external methods. Egypt: Mandatory "Two-Factor Authentication: From March 5, 2025, two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all Egypt instances, providing enhanced security for users. For detailed instructions on enabling 2FA, refer to the guide: "How to activate "Two Factor Authentication" (2FA) on the Merchant/ Reseller Dashboard?" available on the PayTabs Support Portal. Note: 2FA is a security process that adds an extra layer of protection to your account during login. Payments Methods: Enhancements Oman - OneicPay UI Enhancement: For OneicPay payments, the QR code page now displays the transaction amount directly on the same QR code screen, enhancing clarity and user experience. API Endpoints Enhancements:  Manage the Hosted Payment Page's session expiry: Introducing a new optional field in the transaction API request. This allows you to set the expiry value of the payment page in minutes, with a minimum duration of 1 minute. PCI Validation for Managed Form Integration Type: PCI validation has been enabled for Managed Form Integration Type merchants across all Live and Test profiles in all instances. Non-compliant merchants will receive the following API response: "PCI DSS certification to a minimum of SAQ A-EP is required." A minimum of PCI SAQ A-EP. 2. The IP addresses of the merchants for whitelisting. 3. An ASV (Approved Scanning Vendor) scan report for the specified Ips KSA - Direct Sadad API Transaction Auto-Cancellation: The Direct Sadad API now automatically cancels transactions after 12 hours. If an expiry time is provided, the auto-cancellation is configured based on the specified duration. Plugin(s) Enhancements: Kuwait - Xero Enabled: Xero is now available in Kuwait as one of the pre-built integration options, streamlining your workflow and enhancing integration capabilities. Transaction completion screen enhancement: If the merchant sets a return URL, after the customer completes the KNet payment, a countdown will display before the redirection.
